  • IT Risk Executive
    Job Description

    The primary purpose of this job role is to establish and manage company-wide IT risk management and compliance to IT policies through risk assessments, compliance reviews, and communication including security awareness activities.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the IT Risk manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: Formulation and maintenance of IT security policies and technology risk management frameworks

    • Work closely with the different divisions on implementation and enforcement of IT compliance requirements
    • Track and review the completion of the follow-up of IT audit issues
    • Work and coordinate with auditors on IT audit activities
    • Plan and conduct informatoin security awareness trainings
    • Plan and work on adhoc projects (e.g., co-ordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, source code security reviews, etc)
    • Technology Risk Management Committee (TRMC) secretarial and coordination role
    • Facilitate and review IT DRP

    Job Requirements

    Qualification
    Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience with preference given, in such order, to areas of technology risk management, IT audit, or IT security; especially experience from finance or other regulated industries
    Certification in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent preferred

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Knowledge of Technology Risk & Information Security policy formulation, administration and governance structures
    • Knowledge of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines advantaged
    • Knowledge of financial services, clearing house, payment systems and corresponding regulations advantaged
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Effective writing and communication skills

  • Senior / System Administrator
    Job Description

    The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of short term operational target and provide system and database support to internal and external customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Perform system administration in a heterogeneous environment comprising of Sun Solaris Servers and Windows-based Servers
    • Implement operating system and product-specific security hardening & patches
    • Perform performance tuning and capacity planning
    • Work in a team to implement the underlying processes supporting IT service management, such as configuration management and incident & problem management

    Academic Criteria & Professional Certification

    • Has a Diploma / Degree in IT discipline
    • Preferably, attained MCSE and Sun Certified System Administrator certification

    Experience and Technical Skills Set

    • At least 2 years experience in system administration and support on Unix systems (eg. Sun Solaris, Linux) and Microsoft Windows systems
    • Experience in administration of IBM WebSphere MQ
    • Experience in administration and support of SAN
    • Experience in performing OS hardening and patching
    • Experience with enterprise backup and system monitoring & management software
    • Able to write scripts in both Unix and Windows-based environment to automate tasks

    Job Description

    The incumbent will be providing system support activities for excellent user experiences and working to resolve support issues in a prompt & professional support.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide 1st/2nd level support & PC provisioning to Enduser
    • Provide system administration on Windows AD, Mailbox, Endpoint Antivirus/DLP, Sharepoint, MDM
    • Perform periodic workstation and server security patching
    • Conduct system health-check & monitoring to ensure system operate in stable condition
    • Ensure project assignment delivered on time

    Requirements:

    Job Description

    The incumbent will be responsible for managing all IT-related security and safety issue within a company.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and formulate IT security operating procedures for the IT Security administration and SOC operations
    • Responsible for leading, supporting and providing incident support for Tier 1/2 and 3 of SOC operations
    • Monitor and review operational effectiveness and efficiency of IT security systems, plans and procedures/ SOC operations
    • Devise and Maintain Security Standards, Baselines, Procedures and Forms
    • Coordinate, oversee and drive all IT security projects to completion in a timely manner
    • Plan, budget, procure, implement, and manage IT security systems and projects
    • Research and recommend best practices, standards and technologies in IT security and project management
    • Maintain compliance oversight, prepare periodic compliance reports and perform review of operations systems compliance to configuration baselines using technologies such as TripWire
    • Provide subject matter expertise in IT security technologies and solutions
    • Lead IT security projects in the development of IT security engineering capabilities
    • Liaise and manage vendors
    • Provide training to the team to enhance their IT Security skills
    • Provide governance oversight, ensure compliance and perform reporting on the various Security Log Reviews operational procedures

    Job Requirements:

    • Track record in managing SOC operations with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
    • Strong operational knowledge of Incident Response (IR) workflow and prior experience in active participation of cyber security exercises
    • Extensive knowledge of Threat Intelligence usage and implementation
    • Good working knowledge in TripWire, FireEye EX & NX, RSA Security Analytics, CyberArk and Palo Alto & CheckPoint Firewall, preferably with Hands on administration experience
    • In-depth knowledge in Log Management technologies
    • Strong competency in interpretation and analysis of logs from SIEM systems
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization
  • Senior Operations Assistant
    Job Description

    The incumbent will be responsible for the smooth running of the Data Center operations and is expected to carry out the daily operations of the Data Center service to meet business requirements.

    Responsibilities
    • To perform daily systems health checks for all hardware in the Data Centre
    • To perform 1st level checks on all application batch logs to ensure there are no exceptional error messages
    • To monitor all systems status using the Central Monitoring System or application log
    • To report and record hardware or suspected hardware malfunctions for problem solving
    • To perform all batch and operational duties, functions and tasks that are documented in the checklists
    • To perform tests that involve Operations like performing routine batch-runs, weekends system test and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)


    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in IT with experience in Data Centre Operations
    • Good MS office skills
    • Knowledge of W2K and Unix would be advantageous
    • Must be able to work on 24/7 on 3 rotating shifts
